To accommodate many requests from parents, we are glad to extend the early bird discount deadline from January 31 to April 1, 2021. Now you have more time to save $100 per child on summer camp in Hawaii. Sign up now before prices increase again soon.
We Intend to Operate in 2021!
Aloha Friends and Families!
We hope you are healthy and safe and your school year is off to a great start. We know many of you are eager for an update regarding summer camp for 2021, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Last summer was disappointing for all of us, but we finally have some good news to share with you!
We are excited to inform you we have been authorized by our host camp facility in Hawaii to operate our program, and are currently working with federal, state and local health officials to develop procedures and guidelines to safely operate our regular in-person Hawaii summer camp in 2021!
We missed our campers so very much when we were closed, and we know you were sad we were unable to open camp because of COVID-19. We can't wait to share with you the best camp experience of all time this coming summer!
Camp Might Look Different in 2021, But We're Looking Forward to Having Twice the Fun
For example, we will need to keep a little more distance between each other when we eat meals and participate in various activities. The same holds true for when we're in our cabins and other ways we congregate with each another.
But even though these protocols are important to prevent the spread of COVID-19, don't worry!
Everything you know and love about Aloha Beach Camp -- including our tight-knit camp community, making new friends, enjoying nighttime campfires, laughing all day and night, midnight dance parties, and almost everything else -- will continue as it always has. That means you can expect an awesome Hawaii summer camp experience that you will never forget!
Limited Space Available (Strict Capacity Restrictions!)
If you would like to reserve your child's space at camp, we encourage you to book your child's space now while we still have a few spots left.
You can reserve your space with a $475 deposit today. Your deposit is completely refundable if you change your mind or camp is unable to operate in 2021 for any reason. Just fill out this registration form to pay your deposit and reserve a spot while we still have space for your child for summer camp 2021.
Check Back Often for Updates
But we are happy to share with you everything we know right now, and we will certainly post new information here as it becomes available, so please make a point of returning here often.
Meanwhile, we hope to see your child at camp next summer. Reserve your spot today!
We got an email this morning from a prospective camp family who lives on Oahu. They wanted to know whether local Oahu families could join us at camp. The answer is, OF COURSE THEY CAN! :)
Remember, these numbers are just examples. Actual camper participante count varies every summer, but the above is a pretty accurate representation from year to year.
So if your child lives in Hawaii -- on Oahu or anywhere else -- they are more than welcome to join us in 2021 and beyond.
Sign up for camp today!
We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy and your child's school year is off to a great start. We wanted to post this update to keep you apprised of our status at camp.
As you may know, the COVID-19 pandemic prevented us from opening camp this year (2020). Sadly, we are still effectively closed because of COVID, and currently unable to accept any registrations for future programs.
We hope to reopen by January 1, 2021 and look forward to resuming many safe, fun and amazing camp experiences with your kids at camp next year, but the ability to reopen depends on many factors including getting clearance from our host camp in Hawaii and the numerous uncertainties caused by the coronavirus clearing up, among others.
If you would like to join our interest list for next summer or tentatively reserve your child's spot now, please email us at email@example.com. This will enable us to notify you when we are able to reopen and begin accepting registrations again. Again, we anticipate (hope!) this will be in January, but if we are able to reopen sooner or our target date changes for any reason we will let you know.
