Due to an unprecedented surge in fall enrollments, our October 1 Open House has been postponed until late November. We want to make sure we have a clear picture of availability before welcoming families to our next event. We will announce the new Open House date next week.
In the meantime, we encourage you to register now to lock in the Early Bird rate and secure your spot. Please note: We cannot guarantee space after November 1, so be sure to sign up right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding—we can’t wait to see you at our rescheduled Open House!

If you’ve visited our site before, you may have noticed something new: our Dates & Rates page just got a major refresh. We wanted to share why we made these changes and how they’ll make your camp-planning experience easier, clearer, and more exciting. Why We Updated the PageOver time, our Dates & Rates page had grown a little too text-heavy. Important details about tuition, deposits, deadlines, and special offers were all there — but sometimes repeated in different places. While that was great for search engines, it could feel confusing for busy parents who just want the basics. We simplified the design, removed clutter, and made the key information effortless to find. What’s NewClean pricing cards. Tuition options are now presented side-by-side, so you can immediately compare a 1-week session with a 2-week session, see Early-Bird rates, and understand the savings. Pick Your Session. Three clearly labeled rows — Session 1, Session 2, and Session 3 (two weeks) — each with its own Register button, so you can jump straight to enrollment. Deposit & travel info. No more hunting through fine print. Right under the sessions, you’ll see: a $475 deposit per child, per week (fully refundable through May 1, 2026) and a reminder that airfare isn’t included, with a link to travel details. Special offers made simple. Sibling discounts, military discounts, and waived registration fees are visible without extra clutter. Why only two weeks? We still explain our unique late-July/early-August schedule — now in a concise, easy-to-read way focused on quality, safety, and the best conditions for campers. What We RemovedNo more duplicates. In the past, the page repeated pricing and discounts, which sometimes left families wondering which version was current. Now there’s just one clear set of details. We also removed an extra “Register Now” button at the very bottom; parents told us it felt repetitive. Register buttons now appear exactly where they’re most helpful — next to the session dates. What This Means for You
See the new page: Aloha Beach Camp Hawaii Dates & Rates We hope this streamlined version makes planning simpler. If you have feedback, we’d love to hear it — this update was designed with families like yours in mind. If you’re thinking about giving your child the ultimate summer experience, a Hawaii summer camp is about as good as it gets with sun, sand, surf, and lots of aloha spirit. Before you pack the sunscreen and book those flights, here are five important things to keep in mind to make the most of your camper’s island adventure. 1. It’s More Than Just a Vacation. It's Camp! While the turquoise water and swaying palms might look like a postcard, camp in Hawaii is a full program—packed with activities, structure, and new friendships. Campers will surf, snorkel, explore hidden beaches, and try island traditions, all while building independence and confidence. 2. Packing Light (but Smart) Is KeySpace in cabins is limited, so think “essentials only.” Comfortable clothes, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and sturdy sandals are must-haves. We recommend labeling everything—things have a way of getting “adopted” by new friends when camp spirit is in full swing. We will provide a packing list to campers several weeks before the start of camp. 3. Safety Comes First...AlwaysFrom certified lifeguards at every water activity to trained staff in CPR and first aid, safety is our top priority. We follow strict supervision ratios, and all water activities are age and skill-appropriate. Parents can rest easy knowing campers are in good hands. 4. Island Time Is Real (and Wonderful)The pace in Hawaii is naturally more relaxed. Campers learn to slow down, appreciate nature, and be present in the moment. This change of pace often becomes one of the most loved and missed (when camp ends) parts of the camp experience. 5. They’ll Come Home Changed (in the Best Way)Parents often tell us their kids return more confident, outgoing, and adventurous after camp. They’ll have new skills, a deeper respect for nature, and a lifetime of “remember that time in Hawaii?” stories. Life in the Cabins at Aloha Beach Camp HawaiiAt Aloha Beach Camp Hawaii, the day’s adventures don’t end when the sun sets. That’s when evenings in the cabins begin — a time for campers to relax, laugh with friends, and enjoy the comfort of their home away from home. Counselors Stay in the CabinsEvery cabin has caring, trained counselors who sleep right there with the campers. From bedtime until morning, your child is always supervised and supported. This creates a warm, family-like environment where kids feel safe and cared for at all times. Evening Fun and GamesBefore lights out, cabins often gather for fun activities together. It could be a card game, a silly team challenge, or telling stories about the day’s adventures. Sometimes it’s a quiet night with everyone reading or drawing, other times it’s full of laughter and friendly competition. Friendship and ConnectionCabins are where lasting friendships are formed. Campers share stories, encourage each other, and become a true team. Many campers say their favorite memories are the simple moments spent with their cabin mates before drifting off to sleep. Comfort and Care at NightCounselors help everyone get ready for bed, make sure the cabins are cozy, and are there if anyone wakes up in the night. Parents can feel confident knowing that their children are looked after with the same attention and care we would give our own family. The Heart of CampWhile our ocean adventures, beach games, and Hawaiian activities are unforgettable, the cabin experience is what truly brings our camp community together.
