Every summer, campers join us from across the United States and around the world to experience the magic of Aloha Beach Camp Hawaii. Whether your child is flying in alone, traveling with our staff from Los Angeles, or you’re dropping them off yourself, our goal is to make arrival and departure day smooth, welcoming, and stress-free for everyone.
Our staff will be flying together from Los Angeles International Airport. We’ll provide flight details shortly after registration so you can book your child on the same flight if desired.
We’ll greet your child on arrival and transport them to camp in our clearly marked buses and vans. We’ll also return them to the airport on departure day.
Many local families choose this option. Check-in at camp begins at 4:00 PM on Arrival Day; pick-up is 8:00 AM on the last morning.

Departure: Book a return flight as close to 1:00 – 2:00 PM as possible on the last day of camp.
We meet arriving campers at HNL and transport them to camp. On departure day, we return campers to HNL and assist with check-in.
Many airlines offer “Unaccompanied Minor” status. If your child is old enough to fly without it, we recommend skipping it to reduce stress and coordination.
If your child does require the UM service, we’ll provide the assigned staff member’s name and contact information closer to your camper’s session.
