Camper Arrival and Departure Information for Aloha Beach Camp Hawaii
Every summer, campers join us from across the United States and around the world to experience the magic of Aloha Beach Camp Hawaii. Whether your child is flying in alone, traveling with our staff from Los Angeles, or you’re dropping them off yourself, our goal is to make arrival and departure day smooth, welcoming, and stress-free for everyone.
Three Ways to Get to Camp

Arrival: Land at Honolulu International Airport (HNL) between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on the first day of camp.
Departure: Book a return flight as close to 1:00 – 2:00 PM as possible on the last day of camp.
We meet arriving campers at HNL and transport them to camp. On departure day, we return campers to HNL and assist with check-in.
Unaccompanied Minors
Many airlines offer “Unaccompanied Minor” status. If your child is old enough to fly without it, we recommend skipping it to reduce stress and coordination.
If your child does require the UM service, we’ll provide the assigned staff member’s name and contact information closer to your camper’s session.
- Label all luggage and personal items with your child’s full name and contact details.
- Send us your child’s flight itinerary and chosen travel method (LAX group flight, HNL meet-up, or camp drop-off) as soon as you book.
- Tell us about any special arrangements or travel needs right away so we can help.
